Mahaneela Choudhury-Reid, a London based filmmaker, artist, photographer, digital strategist, communications manager, music manager, stylist, event curator and self-proclaimed ‘image maker’, has created content for leading brands and popular musicians, worked as part of the creative team at XL Recordings, and, in her personal work, explored the experiences of people of colour across the world, documenting cultures across music, youth, and the African and Asian diasporas.

The multidisciplinary creative has worked on campaigns for Converse, adidas and Nike, founded the music consultancy agency COZY and co-founded In Bloom, an all-female collective and agency specialising in creating ‘engaging, authentic content for brands and artists’. In 2018, Choudhury-Reid directed Everything Is Recorded, a film about the Mercury-nominated album of the same name. To add to her extensive achievements to date she's also directed music videos for artists including FKA twigs, Mick Jenkins, Amber Mark, Mr Eazi and D.R.A.M, and photographed Sampha, The xx, Nao and Steve Lacy.
